With the rapid growth of Collegiate Chapters across Missouri, several Brothers felt the need to have a graduate chapter in the center of the State.  The benefits of this would allow collegiate chapters to have a graduate brother meet them immediately.  They would also be able to get to know all of the brothers and share experiences.  For the brothers that have graduated within the Mid Missouri area it would give them a local graduate chapter to transfer.  These 6 members shared this philosophy:

These charter members created Nu Theta Sigma which was officially chartered on July 16th, 2004....and our cause continues to speed on it way.!!!!
